Order Process
Design Selection
Choose the design that best suits you and your wedding from our curated collections.
Should no collection fully reflect your ideas, we can also create a custom design upon request – exclusively for you.
Send Inquiry
You can use our inquiry form to tell us your selection and any desired customizations – for example, regarding text, colors, or paper types. You can also add additional elements such as envelope lining, seals, ribbons, or addressing.
You can find further details and inspiration in our Design Guide . Please note: The layout and graphic elements will generally remain the same; adjustments are only possible within these parameters.
Offer & Commission
After receiving your request, we will create a customized offer. The design process begins upon your confirmation and a 25% deposit of the total amount . This deposit is binding and non-refundable.
Draft & Corrections
Within 5-7 business days you will receive a digital draft of your stationery. Up to three rounds of revisions are included – and there is of course room for additional adjustments.
Important: We work exactly with the text you provide – therefore please check it carefully before giving your approval.
Print Approval & Production
Once you approve the final design, production will begin. The remaining balance is due beforehand. The printing process on our Heidelberg platen press typically takes 15–20 business days . No changes are possible after approval.
Delivery
Once your stationery is finished, we carefully package it and ship it securely to your home. Shipping costs depend on the size and destination. We also ship internationally upon request.
